Hertzmark Hudis and de La Faverie will oversee their brands' businesses, equity, and innovation, continuing to work in close alignment with all internal functions and regions. Jane and Stéphane will continue to report directly to Fabrizio Freda.The Estée Lauder Companies appointed Guillaume Jesel President, Global Brands, Tom Ford Beauty, Balmain Beauty and Luxury Business Development, effective immediately.Maesa, the majority-held Bain Capital beauty brand incubator, appoints Piyush Jain as Chief Executive Officer. With over 20 years at Unilever working across beauty, hair and personal care categories, Jain brings a wealth of experience that will be invaluable to Maesa. Jain will be the successor of Gianni Pieraccioni, who decided to step down from the business for personal reasons.
